Mike Storie joined Clark Bros. Inc. in November 2024 and serves as Director of Safety. In this role, Mike leads all corporate health and safety initiatives, overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of CBI’s safety programs. He conducts site visits, participates in project planning meetings, updates safety procedures, and designs training programs to ensure all employees have the knowledge and resources to work safely. Mike also manages the company’s five-member Safety Team, fostering a culture of accountability, prevention, and care across all operations.

Mike holds five Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) credentials - Safety Management Professional (SMP), Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST), Safety Trained Supervisor Construction (STSC), Safety Trained Supervisor (STS), and Certified Instructional Trainer (CIT). He is also certified by the American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA) as a Traffic Control Flagger, Technician, Supervisor, and Instructor Trainer in California. Additionally, Mike is certified through the American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) to teach CPR, First Aid, and AED courses and to train new instructors.

Mike’s expertise spans all areas of construction safety management, from field operations and regulatory compliance to training and leadership development. His commitment to fostering a strong, positive safety culture continues to strengthen CBI’s reputation as a company where people take pride in working safely, collaboratively, and with purpose.
