Lawrence Clark began his career at Clark Bros., Inc. in the field, working as a surveyor under the guidance of his father. From those early days on project sites, he gained firsthand experience in the technical, operational, and cultural foundations of the company. As he advanced through the organization, Lawrence moved into advisory and leadership roles, ultimately working alongside his father to help guide the company’s growth and direction.
Over the years, Lawrence’s vision and dedication led him to acquire Clark Bros., Inc., where he now serves as President and Chief Executive Officer. Under his leadership, CBI has expanded significantly, evolving from its origins as a land-leveling business into a respected utilities and infrastructure contractor and later becoming one of the early participants in California’s renewable-energy construction market. Today, CBI has grown into a full-service EPC contractor, recognized for its technical capabilities, diversified project portfolio, and commitment to quality.
Throughout his tenure, Lawrence has guided the organization through several key milestones, including its entry into public works, its transition to renewable-energy utility construction in 2007, and its continued expansion into large-scale EPC delivery.
