Andrew Brand joined Clark Bros. Inc. in October 2017, bringing a strong foundation of hands-on field experience and technical expertise in high-voltage construction. Today, Andrew serves as the Lead HV Estimator for CBI Power, specializing in substation and transmission civil and electrical scopes. In this role, he leads the development of detailed estimates, evaluates project risk, and supports strategic planning for complex power infrastructure projects across the organization.

Over his eight-year tenure at CBI, Andrew has advanced from field operations into the estimating department, transitioning to his current role in July 2022. His on-the-ground experience provides a unique perspective that strengthens project planning, constructability reviews, and collaboration with engineering and operations teams.

Andrew’s technical background includes extensive field training, along with an EUCI Certification in Substation Fundamentals & Design. He also holds specialized training in SCADA Integration, Energy Storage Systems, and Renewable Energy Power Purchase Agreements, further enhancing his ability to support evolving industry demands.

Before joining CBI, Andrew built his career within the high-voltage construction sector, gaining practical expertise across a variety of utility and infrastructure projects. His work has shaped a deep understanding of construction methods, safety, and cost management, knowledge he now applies to support accurate and competitive project delivery.

In recognition of his contributions and leadership, Andrew was honored as the 2024 Alan Clark Award Recipient, a testament to his dedication, excellence, and impact within the organization.
